Welcome to Tower 1 Barangaroo – also known as  “the best Spec Suites available in Sydney”.

Spread across five floors, the project covers spec suites, common areas, lobbies, amenities and plant rooms. Soft curves and the warmth of timber are celebrated through all spaces, naturally leading to the selection of  Not Wood 1004 and Not Wood SG, both from True, for two of the common areas. Both products come from the minds at Italian design studio e-ggs, building on their already successful Not family of upholstered armchairs. Featuring beautifully crafted plywood backs, Not Wood 1004 and Not Wood SG seamlessly fit into their beautifully designed settings.
