True has completed a workplace project at the headquarters of Rouages in Ballaigues, Switzerland, where the communal spaces have been reimagined as central hubs for connection, collaboration and everyday wellbeing.

Designed to encourage moments of interaction as well as quiet retreat, the shared spaces support a more balanced workplace experience. Areas once considered transitional have been transformed into places where people can meet, exchange ideas or simply take a break throughout the day.

A broad selection of furniture from True’s collection was specified to provide both aesthetic continuity and flexibility across the project. Seating including Tao, Flow and Not, together with Nomade stools.

The carefully curated mix of products allows the spaces to evolve throughout the day without compromising comfort or functionality. Consistent materials, clean lines and thoughtful detailing reinforce a welcoming atmosphere that integrates naturally with the surrounding architecture.

The completed project reflects a workplace where design supports both people and purpose, creating fluid, harmonious spaces that place wellbeing, connection and shared experiences at the centre of everyday working life.
