Story

NOI restaurant recently opened in Calle de Recoletos, Madrid. A project inspired by Italian colours, materials and iconography of the 1970s, where vintage echoes and contemporary design find a perfect harmony. NOI is characterised by a deep respect for the raw material, simplicity, and exquisite customer service. The aim is to take the guest on a contemporary gastronomic tour from the north to the south of Italy.

Three main colours were chosen for the three rooms in which the restaurant is divided, this was to diversify the spaces and assign a function and unique atmosphere to each. The Terracotta Room, designed for an apertif or a quick meal, has focused on a terracotta colour and recalls a typical Italian delicatessen, the Red Room, warm and passionate and ideal for lunch or an informal dinner, and the Green Room, inviting and ready to offer guests a tasting of the authentic Italian dishes the restaurant has to offer. 

The lively and convivial mood that animates NOI is enhanced by Chairs & More's Chips chairs and stools, customised with orange and blue velvet upholstery according to the colour palette identified by the designers. Chips is now one of the most appreciated collections from Chairs & More, thanks to its versatility and dynamic design, it has been contracted to projects all over the world.
